Storyhouse Cafe - Matsumoto

I am glad we checked this place out. Super welcoming environment. I had the vegetarian hummus avocado bagel sandwich and it was delicious. They also have a vegan curry option. Ended my meal with a chocolate chip cookie which I enjoyed.

I loved that I could eat comforting and warm food (the vegan coconut daal curry), especially on a cold winter day. #Veganuary

Came here on a rainy day with my husband super cosy inside. Has two vegan options for mains see photos. We had the bagel so delicious! Also they do soy and almond milk (ask for this as not on the menu). Also has a large collection of board games. Updated from previous review on 2022 11 01

There was one kind of vegetarian menu in the lunch menu. The granola yogurt in the set was milk so it could be changed to fruit.

We had the hummus veggie bagel, which came with a salad. We also had the granola with soymilk. Everything was delicious! Friendly staff and inviting atmosphere.
