Contribuiți la feedbackAfter 10 weeks in Japan and over 50 bowls of ramen, he abura soba at tonikaku remains one of my favorites, beaten only by the Michelin Guide rated Tsuta. Stir, taste, and adjust. The noodles are dense and satisfying, and the addition of vinegar and oil gives them an irresistible tang. Enjoy half the bowl as just the noodles alone, then ask for soup to completely change the flavor profile of the dish. The soba immediately go from sour and wheaty to rich and savory. It is an absolutely delicious experience, and if you find yourself hungry in Matsudo this should be the first stop you make.
Standard Japanese TUKEMEN:dip style ramen. The ingredients of the noodle is especially taken care by the owner. The reason why the hardness of the noodles are especially good.I like the one. This restaurant is very famous for lovers so this restaurant is crowded at dinner time. You would be wait in line for couple of minutes.
The texture and the taste of the ramen is extraordinary; none like tasted before. The broth is thick and comes in a large bowl. A MUST TRY.
Tasty soup, delicious pork and noodles. Was worthy standing in a queue to get in.
Very thick broth but so good
