Trattoria I Due Sassi - MATERA

We came with 5 for a family diner to this place on a late hour and although the place was not very crowded, the waiters kept us waiting for more than half hour and made us feel very unwelcome. The quality of the food was unfortunately so miserable that we didn’t even finish the main course.

Not worth going here! Very unfriendly people! We were put in a corner at the bavk of the restaurant although a lot of tables in front where free. Food was very low quality, untasty, they even served unripe, green tomatoes in my husbands salad.

We found this place for lunch, sat outside and on the terrace where there was a nice breeze. We all ordered a pasta dish, pasta is homemade and fresh, it was cooked perfectly. We had a tomato sauce which was tasty but too oily. I also ordered a mixed salad which was unfortunately iceberg lettuce with some unripe tomatoes. The pasta was good but low quality on the salad

Il personale estremamente cordiale e gentile. Il cibo delizioso. La terrazza dove abbiamo cenato offre una vista spettacolare! Da provare assolutamente!

Posizione splendida, Gianluca e il figlio del proprietario (mi scuso ma non ricordo il nome) consigliarono un ottimo vino e il finocchio della casa, fantastico! Il servizio è stato molto veloce nonostante i nostri 30 minuti di ritardo e i piatti cucinati dalla madre...divini! Lo consiglio.
