Panecotto - MATERA

No good experience in this restaurant. We visit Matera and were thrilled by all their veggie/vegan/healthy options. I asked the waiter about GF soup options and he told me that they were all GF, although two of them were clearly marked with full wheat paste. I was nervous, but ordered a lens option and explained my celiac again. Unfortunately, the bowl came in with a huge bread so I didn't feel comfortable eating there. They were apologetic, but they clearly did not understand any precautions.
