Panera Bread - Massillon

I visited this restaurant for the first time today and found the layout quite confusing. It's puzzling that half of the drinks are located at the front while the rest are in the back. When I went to pick up my order, they hadn't packed everything, so I approached the counter and waited about 3-5 minutes for the manager to arrive. She handed me the missing items, but while I was asking her a question, she walked away. If you want to improve your business, I suggest having an employee at the front at all times, regardless of what else is happening, as well as ensuring better customer service.

The restaurant was clean, and I thoroughly enjoyed the Teriyaki chicken with broccoli—it was delicious!

Quick service. Lots of fruit in my Strawberry Poppyseed salad. Wife's Asian salad was overdressed and a bit tart for her taste. Baguettes were warm and wonderful.

While Panera has seriously lagged in my opinion in recent years, in the areas of cleanliness, food quality and cost, this is still a decent location. Update 2/23 $10 for their new chicken tiki soup (see below). Hardly any chicken, hardly any soup. Panera has lost all my respect and my business. Never again
