Papa Johns Pizza - Mason

The quality of this load is very bad. I ordered 2 large and had to throw a away and manager didn't apologize or was not surprised.

I have had the worst experience ever. I order pizza to get delivered to my house when I paid for it on line. I told them to leave at my door. They failed to do this. Delivery Guy name is Patrick he gave the pizza to my son. Then he came back demanding a tip and called my 13 year old son a dick and called him a f I have all this on camera. Nobody should talk to anyone like this. When I called and talked to manager Mike was not helpful and told me I would get a phone call from his boss Rustin he did not reach out to me till 4 days later. I thought this was handle very Unprofessional. And then when I talked to Kevin in corporate he did nothing at all. Said I need to talk to Rustin 3 weeks later I am still dealing with this. When I talk to Rustin on the phone he is asking for footage of it so they can take more action. When I asked then when he get the footage what is he plaining on doing for me. The comment he said we would let him go.I said so what are you going to do for me? he said smart comment what you want me to do kill or linch him.I said wow did you really just say that. Like why are you going to take it to that level. And then he hung up on me.Not once did I get apology or anything. This place is so unprofessional in so many levels I will never give them my business again.

My grandson was visiting and always wants cheese pizza, so ordered from Papa Johns , fot him and us. It was ready quickly and very good, he wanted cheese in the crust also, and really did like it. The person at counter was polite and greeted me as I entered.No complaints, would order again. Jan 30th

Don't order your pizza from this location . This place is the worst and nasty $130 and never again dirty customer service ..uses an answering service in India and they have no clue what they're doing. You can't understand what they're saying and vice versa. Answer your own phone's. They making pap John's realy bad . Taking my business somewhere else from now than

How could the improve?? 1)answer the phone when you call during business hours. 2) delivery the pizza to the right place
