Panera Bread - Mason

We went to this restaurant for lunch with two people. The overall appearance of the location is very rundown. The tiles are dirty everywhere and the bathroom is grimy. My wife ordered the Thai chicken soup, which only had one piece of chicken in it. My Turkish avocado BLT was okay. I also had a bagel that was burnt to a crisp. We suggest looking for another place to eat as the prices are not worth the poor quality of food.

If you're looking to grab a quick cup of coffee while on the go, good luck at this Panera Bread location. It's typical for them to never have coffee available, and I had to wait 10 minutes just to get a cup. This level of service is unacceptable.

This situation is not too bad. many menu elements tend to be much on stock. the staff is very friendly and the quality of eating is good.

The location is good, but I was disappointed with the service and food at this restaurant. I tried ordering multiple items from the menu for lunch, but ended up only receiving a drink after a long wait. My daughter had almost finished her salad by the time I got my drink. The restaurant was very cold inside and there was food scattered on the floor. I overheard other patrons complaining about their orders as well. I will not be returning to this place.

If I could give a negative review I would. They got our whole order wrong. They didn’t want to fix it. They tried to charge us over 65$ for just 4 people I know they are a little expensive but it shouldn’t be that much. So if I was you I would go somewhere else cause they all was rude and didn’t want to fix anything and I would advise not to get the tomato soup it straight tasted like hot sauce
