Dunkin' - Mason

It seems like every time I come through this certain dunkin' donuts location in the afternoon before work I come through and order the same thing and almost every single time I want something hot they make it iced and then swear that I say iced because they don't listen at the drive-thru when I know what I drink every single day. I know they are young kids that work there but it's also a business to pay attention when people are ordering their stuff.

I just left the drive-thru because the main doors were locked and they claimed that the dining room was closed for business. They were kicking people out of the dining room and locking the doors. It's only 11:30 on a Saturday - I don't think they're allowed to just close their main dining area like that.

The staff were great, their positive, friendly attitudes helped brighten my rough morning.

If you are going there for donuts, go someplace else! They were not fresh at all. The staff was in chaos, lack of leadership, employees blaming each other in front of customers.

Gabby and Hannah provided excellent service. They were very nice and helpful, going above and beyond to explain things to me. I left a generous tip for them.
