We had an amazing birthday party for 3 people with a party for 8. we have stuffed, we have eaten pizza, we had sangria and we had dessert and everything was fantastic. service was top notch of chanel. come to high rollers for everyone, if not just to fun!

I am thoroughly impressed with the wonderful staff. In specific a young girl Leanna started off my experience on such a great note with her positive interaction. I’m impressed with the hard work. I can’t say enough good things. Thank you.

Had a great time attending my soon to be brother in laws bachelor party there. Service was excellent in a fun filled environment that even though there was a lot of people in the place we were still able to have an intimate private experience amongst our group in celebration of a great couples upcoming big day.Highly recommend to those going to the casino as a group!!!!

We first went to the sugar factory to eat with our children then we decided to go bowling afterwards. Worst decision of our trip was to go to High Rollers. At first, our waitress came to us and asked what we would like to eat and drink. Because we already ate we had just requested drinks. Our waitress immediately seemed upset that we were not getting any food. She then became very disgusted and annoyed with our party. Our children were given a rubber duck at Sugar Factory that they were playing with at High Rollers. The waitress told the manager that the kids were playing with the rubber duck. (Placing it on the table and letting it fall off the table) The manager came to me and said that he was getting complaints from multiple people about the kids playing with the rubber duck. I had to sadly tell my children to put the toy away. About 15 minutes later the manager came to me and again said that he was receiving complaints that my children were on the hardwood floors where people bowl. MY CHILDREN WERE IN THE GAME. Were they supposed to bowl from the carpet? At this point he wanted my kids not to play- THE REASON WE WERE THERE WERE FOR THE KIDS! After having to ask my children to put away their toy; now I was forced to tell them they could not bowl. After some thought I decided we need to leave. We didn’t feel welcome and my kids were being shut down from enjoying their time. My 8 year old son cried as we left because we could not finish our game. As a business owner of a company that rents out party rental equipment I was disappointed of the service this location provided to someone trying to entertain their family.

I went on 02/19/22 at around 2:30 PM. At first the waiter was on top of things, and I really do mean at first, the first 15 minutes. He introduced himself and stated, “ I’ll be with you guys for the full two hours and will replace the food as you go.” He followed it by being nowhere to be found for the remaining 1:45 minutes. Also got our drink order wrong but didn’t mention it, fully regret that now since he was awol for the rest of the time. Go to holiday lanes and save the extra money for the casino, dinner or shopping. Two stars for the cool atmosphere.
