Einstein Bros. Bagels - Mashantucket

Every time I come to Foxwoods whether it's a week day or not this place is closed. Update your business hours online! As someone mentioned below, parking and the extremely lengthy walk through the outlets is inconvenient enough.

Says they were open on google. Drove to them, figured out the maze (parking and navigating through outlets/casinos) to actually get to the place and they were closed. Not to mention nobody that works in the outlets even knew they were there so idk if they’re closed down or not. Should definitely update their hours or post that they are shut down, whichever is the case.

Melissa is a charm!! She displayed such a wonderfully pleasent attitude even while under stress of working alone. What a gal!! Made my day! You shoukd have more people like Melissa working here!!

They did not get anything correct. We ordered an untoasted bagel... they toasted it. We ordered a whole egg with yoke... they gave us egg whites only. They don't stock all their bagel varieties and since I love the spinach Florentine, and they did not have it...… I was really disappointed..... but that was my problem.

Very long waits... the workers need more help. Not enough people working to keep up with the orders. Those order kiosks are horrible. I would stay away from this place.
