Mare Dell' Etna - Mascali

We have travelled extensively and have never encountered service of this kind! When they knew we only spoke English and not Italian, they basically turned and ran, we were not only forgotten, we were ignored completely. The food could have been good but the poor service overshadowed our food. Clearly they only want to serve the locals and not the tourists. We will not be back!

We just arrived in Sicily and decided to go to restaurant for dinner When we arrived no one looked after us for a moment then we finally ordered Worst experience ever: When I ordered a mixed salad, they said that they won't serve it as they need the tomatoes for the bruschetta (weird !!! so no salad for me then my husband ordered fish and arrived raw (how disgusting and a different plate came back from what I ordered just an horrible experience and would not recommend this place at all The crew was not so friendly and did not mind all the above

We went as a family, by the time we got there our 3 yr old was fast asleep and the 7 month old kept everyone who passed amused. Food was lovely, the service was great. Even had a high chair. Be warned if you order a large coke, you get a large coke (1litres of coke). I couldn't finish my pizza so they boxed it up for me.

Un bel posto amichevole e pulito, ho mangiato davvero bene e il cibo era buono. un apprezzamento speciale Devo dare alla ragazza con capelli lunghi molto professionali e attenti alle esigenze del cliente senza dover chiedere di aspettare. un esempio(senza una posate, ha immediatamente notato e il flusso) consiglio con 5 stelle
