Mcdonald's - Maryland Heights

The definition of fast food I never wait in line and my food is always hot.

You actually have everything on menu and your coffee machine is not down, every time you need coffee!!!

What happens to this Mcdonald is with then the last 10 month everything has gone down all new people, there are only two people who are still their and thank God for him... I've gone to this Mcdonald's for lunch for 10 years 4 days a week and all the good was good, but now it went down, its new owners now and I don't think they have what it takes to lead it?? Please new owners get it together and get the right people there thanks.

Food was horrible. I had the 2.50 deal. Spicy chicken sandwich was dry the fries were recooked.

We placed a mobile order and was informed we would have a 5-minute wait. After 25 minutes, I went inside to check on the order. The employee was just then headed outside to our car, so I took the two bags she was carrying. When we got home, we realized they didn't include the drink or the barbecue sauce that was part of our order. Also, the 20 chicken nuggets we got were cold and chewy. The operation seemed understaffed, which may explain this very poor experience.
