Totally got the wrong sandwich, and it showed up 30 minutes after notice on its

Ordered two sandwiches at noon on a Tuesday via the website. Delivery took 45 minutes and a call to the store; the online tracker showed our delivery was complete before the sandwiches arrived. The Unwich was poorly prepared and had the inner paper wrapped into the lettuce shell needing to be disassembled into a salad. The other sandwich was not customized as requested. Not freaky fast, and not freaky good.

80% of my sandwich was bread. There was hardly any meat! If I'm paying $10 for a sandwich I expect to be full. I could have made my own sandwich for cheaper than that and it would he more filling. Will not be going to Jimmy John's in the future.

Ordered a sandwich for delivery and was brought the completely wrong sandwich. I called the store and the lady who answered was so nice and helpful. I explained the sandwich I got vs. What I ordered and she said she can refund or send out another sandwich. I asked for a remake and she promptly made it and sent it back out to me. The girl who dropped it off moved so fast I couldn't even hand her the couple bucks I had for bringing it back over so fast! Over all I appreciate them remaking it and getting it back out so quickly.
