We visited this pub for the first time yesterday were impressed from the beginning. from a nice warm welcome to the delicious food that has cooked peter, everything was perfect! I had never been anywhere before every bit of food was so incredibly tastefully perfectly cooked, I found that this was the case for all three courses. my husband also said how big the beer was held. the ambiente of the place, the other customers who were there, the fantastic service-friendship of jean sally made this a really wonderful evening. I can't recommend this pub enough that I will tell all my friends about it.

The food was so good and we were made to feel welcome, despite not booking a table. Service was prompt and friendly. Even the customers were friendly. Planning another visit.

A lovely country pub although no draft beer, there is a choice of bottled beers. Although limited choices, the food is tasty and dietary requirements can be catered for. You won't be disappointed but do check that they are open before you travel.

Love the country pub feel from the outside and the decor inside this pub. The waitresses were friendly and we sat in the bar area with our drinks until our table was ready. The waitresses took our food order at the bar so when our table was ready, our starters were served almost immediately. All three courses were delicious and we had a lovely evening celebrating my husband's Birthday.
