Kitzie's Of Spring Mills - Martinsburg

I stopped by for lunch one day and ordered the crab cake sandwich with fries. It was fantastic! My food arrived quickly after I placed my order, and the atmosphere was lovely as well. I will definitely return. I'm quite selective when it comes to crab cakes and tend to dislike those filled with too much filler. Trust me, Kitzies truly delivers!

The food at this restaurant is outstanding. I started with the crab dip appetizer, which was delicious, followed by the shrimp dinner that came breaded, along with a Caesar salad and fries. The shrimp portions were huge and served piping hot. The salad was refreshing and crisp, while the fries were cooked perfectly. I ended up bringing half of my shrimp and crab dip home, and they reheated nicely the next day. Although the meal was a bit pricey, it was definitely worth it. Our waitress was friendly, and the atmosphere was just right for a date night.

I had a rather humiliating experience at your restaurant. I recently turned 41, and I was condescendingly asked for ID by a 22-year-old bartender. Her name is Julia, as noted on the receipt. I could easily be her father. Management, I’d appreciate it if you could provide me with a way to discuss this further. She didn't even bother to check the birth date on my ID. It's important for any carding policy to be consistent and respectful towards all customers. It’s hard to believe that someone so young wasn’t even born when 9/11 occurred, while I was in college at that time. An experience like this should never take place.

I absolutely love this place! It never disappoints, and the food is always delicious!
