Swiss Chalet - Markham

I want to give this location a 3.5 stars. Place is clean, staff is friendly, the young manager walks around and asks if everything is ok with customers

Just had a horrible lunch at this locationThe service was the worst I've had in a whileThe server was not informative and did not smile at all.

My husband and I finished our shopping at Markville mall and we decided to stop at Swiss Chalet for lunch. We had a wonderful lady who served us. She was fast and efficient. She timed getting our appetizer and meals perfectly. Yes we had noticed the chickens are much smaller in size, overall we had great service and a server who defiantly loves her job and is great at her job.

Dropped in here for a quick take away. The Baked potatoes were good and the cloice of fillings were good

Swiss Chalet had always been a go to place when out shopping with family and friends. We all noticed on our last visit that although the variety on the menu has increased, the size of the chicken portions has definitely decreased. Kind of like making the supermarket jar of peanut butter smaller but keeping the price the same. And, who goes to Swiss Chalet, always known for its great chicken for roast beef? You have likely lost me as a regular customer.
