Papa Chang's - Markham

As a person from Taiwan, this restaurant is my go-to spot when I'm feeling homesick. The food is genuinely authentic, and the staff is very friendly. I've visited many times, and so far, my favorite dishes are the minced pork rice and the pancakes. I do hope they can include some soy sauce paste on the side for my takeout, just like I have back home!
