I have visited this restaurant multiple times and they never have regular milk, but always offer lactose-free options. If that's the case, there is no reason to choose this place over the many other options in the mall.

Visited the pacific mall over the weekend and maybe this is the only tee shop in pacific mall that does not offer milk options. the person on the theke very helpful and cheerful. service was good. we ordered a uji matcha tea latte with soy milk and matcha aromatized tapioca and a Yakult-Lamonade. the Matcha tea we have made 25% sweet and only 75% ice. the tee was amazing and the Matcha aroma and the taste just came through perfectly. the sweet one was perfect for us because we didn't want sugar to overpower the matcha aroma. the matcha flavor tapioca was ok. would have had a preference. more profound aroma. the lemonade was from this world. it is a perfect summer drink. the lemonade was flavored with 10% sugar and mango flavored tapioca. the sweet of the lemonade was perfect. the mango tapioca, although it was slightly aromatized, was well with the lemonade. the two slices of lime came with and were good. Shouldn't there be lemon slices instead? Anyway, will definitely come for more.

During weekends, we visited Pacific Mall and found that this tea shop was maybe the only one in the mall that did not offer milk options. The person at the counter was very helpful and friendly. The service was good. We ordered a Uji Matcha Tea Latte with soy milk and Matcha flavored tapioca, as well as a Yakult-Lemonade. The matcha tea was made 25% sweet and only 75% ice, and it was amazing. The matcha flavor came through perfectly and the sweetness level was just right. The Matcha flavored tapioca was decent but we preferred a deeper taste. The Lemonade was out of this world, a perfect summer drink. It was flavored with 10% sugar and included mango flavored tapioca. The sweetness of the Lemonade was perfect and the mango tapioca paired well with it. Two slices of lime were also included, though we thought lemon slices would have been more appropriate. Regardless, we will definitely be returning for more.

I recently sampled their lychee smoothie with cheese crema and found that even with regular sugar, the sweetness was delicate. Not only was this drink visually appealing with its layered presentation, but it was also very tasty. I also tried their mango smoothie with cheese crema, which was incredibly refreshing.
