Smokehouse 101 - Maribyrnong

Hi everyone. I live near this restaurant and sadly it has permanently closed . I have heard the owner is planning to open a new restaurant at another location.

Tried the Porkin pack it was pretty average. The rib was smokey (as it should be), but dry and not enough flavour. The pulled pork was similar. Only the belly was marginally passing the mark it was juicy, and smokey, but needs a more flavour. The corn bread was too sweet for my liking, I've tried corn bread before at Blue Bonnet can't recall it tasted anything like this.

Fantastic food. Great vibe in the place. Very helpful service and friendly.We had the $120 platter, only 3 of us way too much food but we got to take it home and enjoy it all again the next day. We will be back and I highly recommend.
