Hot chocolate was still delicious, but we found a problem with the employee's attitude. Even though they were not busy, they couldn't handle it properly as they did not get used to the work. Then I though they had to help each other and solve it. As if it wasn't their jobs, the workers worked like a private business and other customers and I couldn't receive proper service. I bought 3 packs of different chocolates and truffles and paid 150, seriously 150 and when i ask for a separate bag because he was stiffing 3 boxes into one bag the guy at the counter said so rudely that it gonna be extra charge, seriously Koko black people paying you so much money for your chocolates you can't even give one freaking bag seriously shame on your Service and your service provider's. Never gonna buy anything from Koko black.

One of the best place for hot chocolate in Melbourne. We have been having hot chocolate from Koko Black for decades. Felt like it was thicker back then. Very disappointed, we bought four pack of Australia native collection sample pack. And they didn't package all the special flavour, just the normal celloctions. Feel like we get trick by paying more and did not get what we expect.
