Burger King - Margate

I just dropped by for a quick bite to eat—ordered a couple of burgers and some mozzarella sticks, and everything was served hot and fresh.

Terrible burger experience. We both disliked the food immensely. It was really disappointing!

This location has very disrespectful staff working here! The person taking my order was not professional. This particular person thought by snapping his fingers at me to come a get my food , is okay! We need to learn how to get someone's attention respectfully and snapping fingers isn't ideal. Customer service should always be #1 if you want to continue having this location open! Pay attention to who's being hired , not everyone is respectful and at the end of the day .... They are there to collect a check! People do make a difference in any business! This person is not happy with his job position, find another!

This restaurant has gone down significantly since Love left the morning shift... the new young lady is rude 0- customer service and it always takes FOREVER for the food even with a small order..... she is not good for business seriously!!! Have someone that represents your company well atthe front window..... she handed me back my change balled up with the change falling out of her hand like here bye?really BK?!?!

I'm going to be completely honest: the extra star is just me feeling guilty. The food was decent, but I was really grossed out by the ants. ANTS. EVERYWHERE. On top of that, the fries tasted old and stale, and the frozen Coke didn’t taste right. The person who took our order at the counter rolled his eyes and seemed really impatient and annoyed. They even messed up one of our burgers by adding pickles, even though we specifically mentioned twice that we didn't want them. I might consider coming back, but I really hope they address these issues, especially the ant situation—I even saw them on the cookies! Additionally, a lot of the decor looked rusty and dirty. They seemed seriously understaffed; I only saw about three employees. Plus, the burgers looked really flat and unappetizing.
