Contribuiți la feedbackI have never left a negative review, firstly because I have worked in contact with people myself and I know how complex it can be, especially on peak days and times. And second, because in general I've never cared to highlight the shortcomings demonstrated by a local. And I'm honest, I'm sorry and not a little having to do it at the Trancio and I say I'm sorry because my grandparents have been and still are customers for years (since the pizzeria was located in Capodrise . It was them, years ago in fact, who made me taste the pizzas of Il Trancio. And, to this day, even my parents are still customers of the pizzeria. But I had the negative experience on Sunday evening, 20 August. Precisely because it was Sunday, as written at the beginning of the message, I also understand how complicated it can be to work on weekends with so many crowds, especially during rush hour. But when the respect of those waiting in the pizzeria is lacking, then I'm not in! There was an endless queue in front of the counter, people waiting their turn with the number (obviously some sly people still tried to ask even though it wasn't their turn... . But the thing that made me more angry, so much so that after having waited in vain for about half an hour with the line that in fact almost never went on, I ran away, is that customers were CONTINUOUSLY and almost EXCLUSIVELY served they came to collect (with reservation of course one or more whole plates of pizza and, in fact, the Margherita was NEVER present at the counter for the customers who were waiting there to buy only 2/3/4 pieces of the aforementioned. In fact, it has been understood (it took me, unfortunately for me, 30 minutes to conceive it , they give absolute priority to those who book one/two/three whole cartons of pizzas (and they're not stupid , while, those who want to take only few pieces is destined to wait, in an unnerving way, interminable minutes in front of the counter with the risk, of course, that at a certain point the dough ends and if you are lucky and it suits you, you can finally get your pizzas but if it goes badly (and if I hadn't ESCAPED on Sunday, it would have gone badly , after waiting who knows how much more time, I would have left the pizzeria empty-handed anyway. In short, very long waiting times, and the tragic thing is that it is enough to order whole trays of pizza to bypass an entire queue that has been there for half an hour. Obviously, neither will I go to this pizzeria again (and I say it a little reluctantly and I know, after this unpleasant experience, nor my family.
Hi guys, I wanted to recommend this excellent pizzeria by the slice. The place is large enough you can sit quietly it is perhaps a bit to put back affixed in terms of paint on the walls but negligible things. The pizza is good made well of those that have a thin and a little crunchy dough. There are truly an infinite number of flavors to choose from and the prices are low. I recommend it for a quick stop! Anti covid rules respected
Excellent light pizza pasta and soft fresh ingredients
Excellent pizzas, clean environment and attentive and friendly staff.
Pizza and good and with many varieties of personal choice type and available very affordable prices we recommend trying
