This is an excellent hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly, service is impeccable. It had a big refurb and only re-opened earlier this year, so everything is brand new. 3 pools of which 1 is heated on the ground floor. Rooms are spotless. Staff attend to rooms twice a day. Massive selection for breakfast to cater for different nationalities of which there were many British, German Spanish guests. The only two slight negatives to me are the fact that the hotel does not have any printed menus. You either have to use an app on your phone or their website. The other is in the bathroom where the big towels fall off the holders as they don’t have hook and towels end up on floor. Towels are thin and nowhere near quality of U.K. 5 star hotels. Would I recommend this hotel? Absolutely

As marbella goes, this place is definitely in the top 15 list I'd say.. pleasant experience

He podido visitar de nuevo este emblemático hotel después de su reciente cambio. Aunque esta vez solo para tomar un café y poder comprobar su imagen actual. He tomado algunas fotos y así poder enseñar la gran obra y el magnifico cambio con esta actualización de sus instalaciones. Quedé con ganas de quedarme y comprobar también sus habitaciones pero espero hacerlo lo mas pronto posible.
