Una fritura suave y sabrosa como nunca he probado. La calidad de la materia prima es excelente. La fritura es muy recomendable por la ligereza y la limpieza del aceite. A todo ello hay que sumarle el trato familiar y el cariño con el que Pepe regenta el negocio en la sala y su hijo en la cocina.

Merchan es un clásico al que regresamos cada año, con una cocina sencilla, excelente pescado, buena fritura y una relación calidad-precio espectacular. Su aperitivo de zanahoria con roquefort es insuperable. ¡Un restaurante maravilloso para disfrutar!

Excellent attention and product in this restaurant of San pedro de alcántara. very nice terrace and very good service. we try malaga clams, croquettes and boquerones to the lemon, all exquisite and with very good drop.
