Southwest Diner - Mar del plata

My 1st time there, I felt like the server was rushing me through my order, food was terrible, I asked for buttermilk pancakes, but received cornmeal pancakes, gross, biskits was terrible looking, never seen biskits look like that before, and the gravy was a mess, oh yeah, my so called home fried potatoes were burnt with that burnt taste, yuck, I paid $28 for nothing, will never ever go back or recommend it no one, bad experience, I learned my lesson, what's good to some people ain't good … – show

Wow! The food is always top notch. Our sever Nicole was so fun! I come here every time I stop in St Louis.

My go-to for a weekend late breakfast. Nostalgic atmosphere, friendly folks, great food.

Busy place…worth the wait. Staff was super friendly even though they were jam packed. Food was absolutely delicious.

Food was not my style, bacon was like literal rubber and it was about 6 degrees in there. And everytime the door opened it went down a degree.
