Ridge Brewing - Maple Ridge

I loved visiting this little brewery. They had a choice of beer. I liked the Champagne IPA the best.

Discovered this jewel, stopped trying. Selection, pricing, portion quiet good. Service was very attentive (Nizza Filipino wife,) definitely a guard! The quality of beers was good. I prefer a hopper style and they had several to choose.

This is the way a taproom should be: you should be able to brew the beer when you go in the door, bring your own food and sit quiet while you enjoy a good beer. Ridge The breeding had all these qualities. We have the...Pussycat Blonde Ale and the green eyes White English IPA and both were very good. The best part was the reception of Mexican food on the way there, perching on a high table and enjoy the beautiful evening next to an open garage door. No food is served here so you have to bring yourself.

Drive thru Map Ridge and thought we'd fill a breeder. It has a large enough tasting room that was open and clean. There were some locals at the bar who enjoy a drink or two. We tried the Ay Caramba Jalapeno IPA, but settle on the **** Cat Blonde Pilsner for our fullness. While there the bartender like my breeders and he offered a trade as they show shelves other brewing companies breeders. I finally shared with 1 of my favorite growers I got when visiting Saskatoon. When I was new, it was a great addition to her collection...plus add a pop of color. I'll pay it with my new Ridge grower and trade it to another brewery... probably the same in Saskatoon. You have an excellent website...easily buy!

Located in a strip mall off Dewdney, just East of 228th Street. Lots of parking, but depending on the other businesses, sometimes it is at a premium. Good selection of beers, but highly disappointed they won't be bringing back the Black Mamba stout. Growlers are...filled on their machines, which ensure longevity, although mine never last more than 2 nights. Really enjoy the basic IPA and am hoping for an Imperial/Double IPA in the future.
