Mcdonald's - Maple Ridge Canada

We ordered 5 mcflurries. We were asked to wait at second window. 10 mins pass by. Other customers getting their mcflurries. Eventually we have to go in ourselves, while others continue to get milkshakes. Their response was we wait for more orders and then do it at the same time… no apologies, a silly excuse.

Food is good but I have health and safety concerns. Homeless people are sneaking in using the self serve pop/water machine rubbing their water bottle and straw all over the nosels after been digging through the trash no one cleans the nosels. This is a big risk. They need a security guard in here.

Very slow service. Probably the worst in my 46yrs of going to McDonald's.Try to avoid them but need my coffee sometimes.Edit: everytime I go in here there's a small blonde woman with a high pitched voice and she is horrendous at her job. She spends way too much time laughing and talking with her coworkers about her personal life than doing work. Sad thing is that I think she's supposed to be a manager.Avoid this place at all costs, it's filthy, slow and the service is terrible every. Single. Time.

I frequent this location a lot and the team here is consistently so cheerful and friendly. The managers seem to like their jobs and speak encouragingly to employees which reflects in the general ‘happy vibes’ behind the counter window. Not very common with fast food restaurants so keep up the great work!

Typical fast food place, they are all looking he same, went in for a fruit smoothie but they discontinued them! Instead they have a fruit drink which is just artificial favour and sugar and mostly ice. Not the same! Time to start going elsewhere....
