1st time to eat here and they have delicious food and friendly staff.

Excellent Italian restaurant with delicious food and a cozy setting. You can have your dinner and a glass of wine on their very comfortable outside seating area. The server was extremely kind and helpful, and the service was wonderful, although there was a mistake in the order that was soon corrected, and the tables outdoors need to be carefully cleaned each morning. However, each dish we tried was quite tasty, so we will most certainly return.

Very disappointing. At one point we were regular customers of 9 Baci. Though the previous management was a bit eccentric the food was aways excellent. When we saw that there was new management we were very happy to try 9 Baci again. Unfortunately our experience was far from good. When we arrived we were cheerfully greeted promptly. That's was the best part of our experience. Our server seemed like they didn't want to be there and not particularly interested in any questions, but took our orders. Also a few tables over there was group of upset people and a staff member trying to defuse the situation. Our appetizers arrived and they were just OK. The people at the other table left and you could tell they were not satisfied with the situation. When our entrees arrived they were both cold and bland. At that point we just ate them anyway and opted not to order desserts. If this is an example of the new management it definitely needs a lot of work. As there are many very good Italian restaurants in the area I would suggest choosing one of them instead of going here.
