Khagan Mongolian Bbq Buffet - Manukau

I can't believe I have only discovered this place until tonight.Don't be fooled by the Mongolian bbq name it's not sheep's heads and road kill like they would eat in the middle of Mongolia.  Food: fresh, delicious, great variety, HEAPS of choices as to what you can have the meat cooked in. You can have beef chicken fish bacon. And then cook it in olive oil or several other different oils and then add garlic or ginger or peppers if you want. Nice fresh raw food to make a salad. Add chips or spuds or pasta to your meal.You can have some soup to begin with if you want.The range of food I would say is not excessive but adequete.The basics done right would sum up this place.The service is awesome, they are totally professional and make you feel welcome.There is an x factor about this place. They are totally organised and professional. whoever's calling the shots round there really cares about the customer.A great place to come if you have hungry mouths to feed.  great value for money.Screw Flanders

I rang up asking if I could change the time and it was fine! I like the service the girl in the front is friendly and the environment music is nice, the food is great everything is clean finish plates taken once eaten overall I like it and my family did, were be going back for sure :

Friendly staff from the moment I entered the restaurant. The place was clean and tidy. Good representation of food. Staff was available to help and always took our used plates straight after.

I enjoyed everything about the theatrics of eating here. I also enjoyed the option of controlling the portions of your own meal. Would appreciate if they offered more hot sauce options.

Our family favourite! Always guaranteed to taste good is cooked well. Its real good value for money! Salads breads could be better (more range) but it's what you would expect for the money paid. I especially love how they have fresh fish alongside the normal meats beef, pork, chicken etc. and there's hardly any long lines to wait in while your food is being cooked.
