Tiny portions and over cooked chicken. Big disappointment

They keep playing games. a while back they used to let you ask for simple things like just a chicken sandwich with no pickles nothing else. now you can only get a chicken sandwich if you choose a side and you have to pick the pickles off urself even though that would be less work for them. they have also gotten my orders wrong 3 times over the time I've been on this app because they hand the wrong order to doordash or the doordash hands me the wrong order idk which but I'm inclined the first one because it rarely happens with other restaurants.

I ordered the 12 piece New! 12Pc Wings 1/2 were supposed to be ghost pepper wings and other 1/2 supposed to been sweet and sour. Instead I was given all 12 sweet and sour . I want a refund

Wait time is 30+ mins to get your order regardless of the time you made your order online. Popeyes needs to do something to get the morale high for its employees.
