Panera Bread - Manhattan

I have always enjoyed Panera, but after my recent experience, I don't think I'll be going back. I ordered the "Pick 2" tonight without any drinks, and it cost $20.00. The cheese I received was soggy on one side and overcooked on the other. The soup portion was quite small as well. Overall, I was really disappointed!

I ordered a turkey avocado sandwich with mac and cheese, and my partner got the whole truth sandwich. We had every topping, and the total came to $32! If the food had been good, I might have considered it worth the price, but after driving home for 20 minutes, my sandwich was still cold. It seemed like it had just been taken out of the refrigerator and hadn’t been freshly prepared. The cold bacon was unappetizing and the whole thing was dry. The mac and cheese was also cold. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for a high price.

The tables were dirty and the service wasn't very fast; it felt more like they were just running around rather than efficiently attending to customers. Additionally, they were out of about half the menu. However, the food was good and the staff was friendly. I really think they're just overwhelmed. This place could be fantastic with a few more employees.

Great service, one of my favorite places to get sandwiches. love the chipotle chicken avocado melt for a hot sandwich, hard to order something else?. but also other sandwiches are good. they get a pickle speer with the cold sandwiches.

There was a line when went in but the line moved very fast. The cashier was very friendly and welcomingThe food was wonderful ! Great place to eat !! Also my grandchildren's favorite place !
