The only coffee shop in Manhattan making traditional coffee drinks the right way. Other coffee shops here will sell you coffee made from burned beans or incorrectly dialed espresso. They try the beans from their roasters before using them so you know you are going to get something flavorful and worthwhile. The atmosphere is great with natural light and the employees usually play hip music. Arrow is a must if you are a local or just stopping through. I would recommend their pour-overs or espresso drinks especially as they are unique to this restaurant. Other negative reviews are generally petty and do not reflect the quality of the food and drinks. You get what you pay for!

We had a simple order and they forgot about us. I waited 12 minutes till I went up there and asked if they were going to get started on our drinks after the 3 people behind us got their drinks.
