Starbucks - MANHASSET

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered an iced latte and I asked for a straw and one of the employees said we don?t have any and then I see 2 other people with straws with their drinks so I go back and ask for a straw and the employee who looks like she hasn?t brushed her hair In 5 weeks she gives me the WORST attitude saying oh we?re trying to save the planet here you have a sippy cup. Like what kind of service is this I?m paying for an iced drink and asked for a straw never coming here again.

It shouldn 't be named Starbucks, it should be called the worst coffee in New York with the worst people working there, because of all the Starbucks I 've been, THIS IS NOT AT ALL STARBUCKS, the coffee (drip and frappucino) were terrible, TERRIBLE, the people working there TERRIBLE AWEFUL, the barista doesn 't even know what she is doing TERRIBLE DONT GO THERE WORST COFFEE AND PEOPLE EVER TO WORK IN A STARBUCKS, and yes I know a lot of people say they dont do reviews, I DONT GIVE REVIEWS GOOD OR BAD, BUT THIS EXPERIENCE WAS THE WORST THING EVER

This Starbucks has friendly staff and serves good coffee, but unfortunately, they do not accept Starbucks Rewards for payment, as that option is not available. The space is somewhat clean and offers comfortable seating.

Unpleasant Staff Experience: I’ve visited this Starbucks location several times, and each time, I've had trouble when asking for a straw, which I found odd. However, during my visit today, when I requested a straw, the employee responded with a dismissive attitude, insisting I didn’t need one. When I asked again, she claimed that straws are expensive and argued with me in front of the entire line instead of just handing one over. This is Starbucks, not her personal shop, and I don't think she reflects the quality customer service that is usually offered at Starbucks locations.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They prepared my drink incorrectly, and when I requested a correction, they asked me to pay for it again. To make matters worse, one of the staff members threw my straw at me. I was even told that I should order a venti next time if I wanted it to be made correctly. I will not be returning here; the staff was incredibly rude, especially a cashier named Ina, although another employee was even ruder.
