The Otahuhu store has really improved. There's some really Great deals too, $2 chicken burger and $2 sundae, and omg the sundaes are delicious well worth the $2.

I like the burger flavours and the fries and shakes are really good.This is my local although I don't usually get takeaways too often. Prices are a bit high and they don't really do any cheap value meals or anything unless you need food for a big family.

I ordered the chilli fries and brownie ice cream sandwich for lunch today. Both were fair value for the quantity given. Chilli fries do not come with jalapenos so I had to ask for these when I was at the payment receiving window. The attendant asked me to park up to wait for these. While it was nice that he brought these out to me, I had to wait 5 minutes for the jalapenos while I already had my food. I ate my brownie in the mean time to prevent it melting in my car. Happy that the jalapenos were packaged nicely, without much juice to drip and make a mess. The brownie ice cream sandwich had a nice chewy fudge texture; I don't have a sweet tooth but I loved it.<br <br Revisit:<br Memphis criss cut fries with pulled pork was good. Generous amount of cheese but had WAY too much bbq sauce. Overpowers everything and could find a way around it all. Big serving though. Western burger is still my all time favourite. Great with extra jalapeño or that chopped salsa from the pickles bar if dining in. One minor inconvenience was that there were no serving tools at the pickle bar. I had to waste their disposalsl forks I'd prefer it if they just had spoons and tongs in there.

Hands down the Best fast food burger chain! The Philly cheese steak burger was all i thought it would be. Pretty decent for a fast food chain. LOVE their fries too.

Solid choice compared to the other fast food options in Otahuhu.
