Caseificio Dei Pini - MANFREDONIA

This place is a long drive down a narrow bumpy road from the main road south of siponto, with good signage. the water buffalo are in large muddies and the place smells strongly of milk. I would definitely not have the picnic table before...site but the cheese and sausage kebabs were really delicious, like the chocolate ricotta. we took them and ate them later.

Coming from the gargano we stopped here and tasted delicious mozzarella di bufala and choco bufala ricotta

Buffalo mozzarella is amazing. other products are no less.
