Starbucks - Manchester Center

Had a conversation with a wonderful employee just moments ago. I forgot her name. She was very helpful and kind. Thank you so much!

One of the friendliest and best run Starbucks in the New England area.Customer Service that sets the standard for all others. PLUM, barista, Mgr. , certainly knows how to make a Customer feel welcome and valued.This is how I remember Starbucks when they took over the Coffee Connection from George Howell.Keep up the good work !

Slightly above average with most things. The manager was there that day and was chatting with regulars and there were quite a bit of people, but the interior was still kept clean. My drink took a bit long (I got an iced chai) but the baristas were all super friendly. Great views of the mountains and plenty of parking. Very close to all the downtown stuff, too. Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian food options available. Just ask the barista! Kid friendliness: All Starbucks are kid friendly with several options on the menu to accommodate them. Some Starbucks even carry high chairs for kids. Parking: It’s located in a strip mall so there’s a big parking lot with lots of spaces. Dietary restrictions: There are plenty of gluten free options for snacks and if you can’t drink cow’s milk there are alternatives like soy, coconut, oat, and almond. Just let the barista know if you have any specific allergies but if you have someone make something there’s always a chance of cross contamination unless it’s sealed and from the company. Humans make mistakes.

Not open at 6am when it clearly states it on their website. All other businesses in Manchester are open on time so it’s clearly not a staffing issue. Management and staff all need to be fired and start with a new fresh crew

Old school starbucks vibe.Bench is very uncomfortable to sit.
