Soho Bistro Lounge - Manchester

I visited this restaurant two months ago and waited an hour and 15 minutes for my food before ultimately walking out. I returned again recently and experienced similar issues. Upon walking in, no one greeted us or helped us. Eventually, they told us to sit wherever we wanted. While seated, we observed another couple leave because they weren't attended to. The waiter informed us that we could only order appetizers, not dinner. We placed our order, but another couple who sat down after us also left after not receiving service. After 30 minutes of waiting, we inquired about our food to a manager. Unfortunately, when our order finally arrived, the Buffalo chicken was actually regular chicken with sweet and sour sauce. Disappointed and frustrated, we decided to leave. Additionally, the waiter appeared to be trembling as if going through withdrawal. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

This restaurant is terrible. I went there last night and only ordered appetizers. Even though the restaurant was almost empty, it took 40 minutes to receive my chicken tenders, which were not even made correctly. I decided to wait another 10 minutes for the nachos, but they looked terrible so I left without eating them. I have tried using my Groupon there twice now, and both times were disappointing. The first time, I waited 75 minutes for a pastrami sandwich and ended up leaving. I would recommend going anywhere else but here.

This is hands down the worst appetizers I have ever had. Not only were they terrible, but they also took an eternity to come out of the kitchen. It was like eating dog food. I apologize for the negative review, but I couldn't resist. If you're heading to a concert, steer clear of this place at all costs.

I was going to a show at a nearby venue this place wasn't crowded so I figured I could get a quick drink before the show. Wrong! I have never witnessed such incompetence from a bar staff as I saw here. It took 20 minutes before anyone even asked if I wanted a drink, even though I was trying to get the bartenders attention. They served people who just walked in before my party who was seated for twenty minutes. Then it literally took them twenty more minutes for them to make 3 drinks while they continued to serve people who just walked in!
