Don't go here when they open 4:30-5am Older lady makes u wait purposely

Y’all gotta give more than 2 packs of ketchup for a customer who orders a sandwich and hash brown. It’s like everytime too.

Today we were 7 people and we placed an order for 10 of the new sandwiches and we did not receive what we ordered, they were somewhat racist, I think it was because we are Latino.

You'd think all Dunkins are created equal. They are not. I had a large order. My egg Cheese bagels were hard as rock. They looked like they were left in the open and became Dehydrated. Must have been from someone elses earlier order. Definitely not fresh. The cinnamon/coffee rolls were not fully baked. They were about half the size of what you'd get from a good location like the Southington's N Main Street location or the Hartford's Weston Street location.

Hate going to this dunkin the people working there are rude. Food always cold as hell. Customer service suckss. Please hurry up and open the one on Spencer street
