Contribuiți la feedbackThis place is always great. I was 3-4 times to her old address, and I went to her new place last Friday. what makes this place special is management and service. it always feels like a welcoming place where the staff really cares about their experience. if I have to give someone his manager with the tattoos more credit. eating is always great. this is more a kind of feedback for the company. on the last Friday we booked two tables. most were great, as usual, apart from a few things. most imported one of the waitresses was quite dissatisfied. the blonde big waitress on this day, was over bending to the order from the table next to us. their butts were 3 cm away from my face, so every time I turned on my right, I would almost come in contact. to deteriorate the dinge, her uniform or clothing had not been properly dried, so that there was an intense moist odor came to us on the way. that was confirmed when she also took our order. when we finished our meal, the same waitress came to us and said they want something else or the bill this is at a time when the place slows down and there are free tables. it felt like she wanted us out of there. we asked about the bill and she came with the card machine on our table, she said: they can choose a type if they want." not this time... on our way out of all the stuff we came about the bye and thanks, but she saw the other way. what came out, were shells that I cannot eat because of incompatibility, my friend had it and loved it. but I could have it. I am sure that the peculiarities and the management of this feedback like I will redefine this place as I have done in recent years.
Remy's is a great place for locals and travellers to catch up. It's mostly Tapas, although there are some mains as well, but go for the Tapas - they are great and just order them as you go.It does get busy for dinner, so you need to book the day before and it can get very noisy as well. Only issue is the facilities are upstairs and the stairs are very steep, so not great for those with dogey knees. There is a new room next door that doesn't suffer from this, so make sure you ask for the 'Bar' side.
We booked for 6, one of whom ended up unwell, and were met with a frosty reception when only 5 of us turned up. The food was brought in from the restaurant next door and was cold when it arrived. The paella was pleasant but the patas bravas was no more than a dish of fried potato with a dipping sauce. Expensive and I've had much better elsewhere.
Having dined here many times, the food is consistently of a very high standard, the service friendly and the atmosphere is awesome! Their calamari are melt in your mouth, the prawns in garlic oil exquisite, the ribs just fall off the bone and the paela is the best outside of Spain! The Iberian ham with their signature bread is very tasty too. Remy serve a delicious sangria too. Their wine list offers a superb selection. Their formula is perfect! One of Malverns best local restaurants! I look forward to my next visit.
Visited this place on Sunday with family and as usual was treated to wonderful food and wine and exceptional staff who are willing polite and knowledgable. The wines are perhaps a little expensive but nevertheless enjoyable
