I onetime asked for a plain cheese burger I specifically said “no pickles, no onions, no Tomato and No lettuce”when i pulled up i checked my burger and everything was on it. The employee was rude too, but o did like the burger in the end.

They give out burnt food and bad attitudes. Never go here.

Watch using a debit card there. My I paid for my order and when I got home. I found out that I had 2 swipes at Jack in the box on my card. That in the second swipe did not belong to me. I don't know why they double swiped it but just be careful

I usually get my coffee at McDonald's for $1.49 for a large. Came to jack in the box this morning and got a cup of coffee for $3.49! Never knew Jack in the Box coffee cost the same as Starbucks coffee.

No restroom for bus drivers? I dropped a disabled customer. I try to use their restroom. They said only for the customer, not the helper. Bad customer service! I will never come to you.
