Deja Vu - Malahide

Nice little place for a delicious brunch. It's so small that feels like a home. Great food with normal portions and friendly staff.

Staff were lovely. Food was so fresh and tasty. We both had a Deja Vu breakfast which I highly recommend. Coffee was also great! Highly recommend this establishment!

We have been to Deja Vu many times, friendly staff, great food and have always loved it. Unfortunately on the last 4 occasions, which has prompted me to write this review, it’s disorganized in terms of seating and a clear lack of appropriate management to ensure timely service for coffees and food. Today we went and waited ages for our food, asked for another round of coffees when our food arrived and by the time the coffees arrived we were asking for the bill… very disappointed and not worth the 20 minute wait for a table.

We went for lunch and sat outside on a lovely sunny day. We asked for water 4 times and it eventually came +30 minutes later. Other drinks came 15 minutes after we ordered. Our food was lovely and beautifully presented. It seemed as though there was only 1 waiter working during busy lunch hour. He was lovely and definitely overworked. I would love to return for the setting and food but service is the only downside.
