Among the food we got included the Babi Chilli Garam, the ponteng and the pineapple prawn. We also had a very nicely done black sauced fish (can't remember the name). Will definitely recommend and will come back!
One of the most authentic nyonya restaurants in Malacca. The lemon grass tea was served in a traditional thermos flask. The lor ba was tender and delicious. The lady's fingers were steamed and garnished with a mixture of herbs with dried shrimps. . The chap chai would be perfect if the glass noodles were not over cooked. The Babi pongteh was a little too sweet for my liking. Was surprised the otah had a mixture of prawns inside, adding to its sweetness.
For the first time we really enjoyed the peranakan meal here besides the great ambience. Most peranakan restaurant in Melaka no longer as authentic anymore. Most have gone fusion. Was recommended by our cousin sis Adriene Ang to give a try. No regret. We will certainly be back again on our next trip.
Cozy place with yummy foods. I definitely will recommend to my friends. I will come back again with my family. Keep it up !!!
My 5th trip there n the food has been consistent. They have extended the menu choice recently and it's good for those who goes there often. All the sauces are still thick n tasty unlike the other nyonya restaurants elsewhere!
