Gypsy Maui - Makawao

I kept hearing about this bullet coffee? I finally got to try it! Can I just say wow! It was a coffee experience! So bold and smooth with the butter and coconut oil. Just a wonderful cup of love. So unique. Never had anything like it.

Vanessa and the yummy food at the Gypsy coffee truck were such a bright spot in my Saturday morning today!!! I found it a few months ago at the Pukalani Kulamalu Longs parking lot, I think it's there every Saturday. Decided to stop by again today and did not regret it. The carrot-strawberry-mango smoothie was delicious, their Chai lattes are always spot-on, and the avocado toast was a yummy daily special! I'm excited that they're selling Dynamite Donuts from Wailuku) now too! Definitely going to keep tabs on this coffee/breakfast truck. :

My daughter and I went to the Farmer's Market this morning and also chose to stop by for coffee...it was a great choice! Vanilla Latte is so yummy!!!

Consistently excellent all around. I especially love their cappuccino and the delicious Golden Bullet. My mom thinks they have the best banana bread she's ever eaten. Plus the views at the Hui are splendid!
