Subway - Makawao

My 73-year-old father visited the Subway in Pukalani last night and was disappointed to find an empty restaurant with only two employees present. When he approached the counter, a staff member asked if he had placed an order through the app, and he replied that he had not. They informed him that they would only accept online orders and refused to prepare his sandwich, despite him being a paying customer. I am appalled by this treatment and will never support this company again. Denying food to an older customer who isn't tech-savvy and doesn't know how to place an online order is completely unacceptable. This company should be ashamed of their lack of service!

The manager, Chet, is incredibly friendly! Every time I visit, he is always professional, helpful, and quick. He really enhances my experience. I will definitely recommend this Subway to all my friends because of him. It's a fantastic location!

This Subway is remarkably clean and uses fresh ingredients. The staff is extremely friendly as well. I'm grateful to the owner for keeping the restaurant open when so many other food establishments are closed.

Major screamed for harris and jack. these poor children curled delicious sandwiches in over 100° and were still so beautiful. I leave a star review in the hope that the owner manager sees this and realizes that it is not okay to let their employees work in this type of heat. how serious, they buy some giant fans or something that is so uncool, literally.

The folks here are always friendly. Food is fresh and store is clean. Keep up the great work!!
