The Old Spaghetti House - Makati

We were on the waitlist when we got there. So we made advanced orders since it was only our lunch break. While your staff was taking our order, my friend ordered a lemonade and your staff said "90 pesos yun ma'am ok lang?" as in parang ha? Why would you ask that? Moving on! So when we got to our table, our food was not ready aside the fact that we made advanced orders! The people who went there later than us got their food served before us. Very poor quality of service. The utensils on our table were incomplete. Even our drinks were served too late. Your service is unworthy of the service charge you bill. Had the worst experience with your branch/restaurant.

..ive always wanted to feast here so when friends craved for pasta and pizza, boom! just like an answered prayer. got the shrimp bisque (creamy and tangy and oh so shrimpy) and the pasta negra (a surprise on its own, i mean the squid ink was seasoned well to be the sauce). the 4cheese pizza was a bit bland and the spaghetti meatballs did not quite live up to be the signature dish of TOSH. chicken piccata was delicious as per advised. the seafood marinara was a bit sweet and the grilled chops came out saucy. good thing you can request to make the pasta spicy or not and the servers were very welcoming.

The place get a little crowded during lunch or dinner which is normal at restaurants around the area. Chicken Jambalaya is yum. Pasta and pizza are ok too but nothing special. Love the ambiance and vibe of the place.

We ordered Bolognes, carbonara and buffalo wings. Their bolognese is somehow good. It was not bad at all and good for a person if you are really starving. Same with their carbonara. However when it comes to their buffalo wings it has a foul smell. And the taste is really different.

Their food is somehow bland. I'm still looking for its true taste. The only thing I enjoyed here is their chicken, (somehow) their pizza and their interior. The pasta is so simple. The chicken is so good that I want to eat everything. Their mozzarella sticks were also not that cheesy. The pizza was somehow good. I can't really remember my experience here because it means I did not enjoy it. I still gave it 3.0 (that was supposed to be 2.5) because of the factors mentioned above. The staff was also just okay. Not sure if i'm coming back... :(
