Contribuiți la feedbackBest Ramen in PH. Ive been trying almost all ramen japanese restau here in NCR. Gyoza is perfect! Fair price compared to other japenese ramen restau. You need to pay bill first before eating and no take outs
Food was really excellent! The portions were quite generous and they give a decent amount of broth for the tsukemen. The broth was rich and had plenty of chashu pieces but was a little salty. I suppose it was necessary given its purpose as a dipping sauce. The noodles were firm and caught the broth well. Chashu was well-seasoned and very tender. Overall very satisfied with the quality and quantity of the food. We only waited around 5 minutes in line before sitting down. Service was good but the food took a little while given a busy time of day.
Probably the best ramen in Metro Manila area. their Shoyu is a must try but their Tantanmen is the best ever there is... While also there you can also try their Gyoza (fried), nothing special bur it compliments their ramen.. The ambience is japan-ish... Since there is a big island like bar in the middle and they cook your food on front of you. All in all a worthy experience, so much better than Ramen Nagi...
Wasn’t too packed for a late lunch on Saturday; we didn’t have to wait for too long, and I commend their system of ordering and paying first as it definitely helps the flow of people. When it came to their food, it took a few minutes to be served. But it was so worth it! We got the Shio and Shoyu ramen both with Aji Tamago, as well 3pcs of their Gyoza. Their ramen broth is rich and flavorful, while their noodles are thick and perfectly cooked! Their Gyoza were very big and tasty. At first, we definitely thought Mendokoro was all hype as my girlfriend and I love ramen, and we’ve tried almost all the popular ramen spots in the Metro. But we are so happy to be disproven—this is probably our new fave Ramen spot!
Outstanding for Saltiness. Dined 2022 June 12 pass 3pm. No line and seats were available. I'm sorry to be brutally honest. I actually regret trying this ramen shop for one reason, it's saltiness. Umami will do if they do not over season with salt. Meat and Broth are both seriously salty. Gyoza gets 4-stars for flavor. Bonito Tsukemen gets 2-stars. Tantanmen Tonkotsu gets 2-stars. Will we come back to try other variety? One hardcore traumatizing experience is enough. Thought it was a sick joke to expect drinking lots of water from other reviews. Appalled by experience to be true. Specialty Japanese Ramen Shop? -Yes! Authentic Japanese Ramen Shop? -No!
