Pilsen Magog

We were 7 friends all from Magog yesterday evening for dinner. We had a reservation made 4 days prior to the evening. They placed us at a table next to the bathrooms. The outdoor patio was not open due to weather and that was understandable. The server was polite but the manager was a real Jerk. We asked to be moved even place on 2 tables if needs be but he refuse. The place was not full at all. It is sad to be that independent and have no respect for customers. We will not go there anymore. We decided to go elsewhere and they did not even care.

This was my 3rd time here and it is consistant. All drinks are measured, hate that being from Boston, but it is a Canadaian thing. Beers are always cold and shots are too small for my liking.All alcohol is pricey but not outrageous. Food is ok, typical bar food but not for the location or atmopshere, needs to be upgraded. I will go again for the views but it just needs to be bumped up to the next level in my opinion. Service is always good and staff is always friendly. Parking is never an issue.

The food is correct no more but the view is awesome. What a unique location on the lake with good service for lunch. As for the food it is decent but nothing to talk about. Burgers and fries were satisfactory but the portion small. It is a bit pricey for a fast food type of lunch.

Great food, great service as well. Fantastic view on the lake. Highly recommend this place for a great taste of Magog area.

A fabulous location on one of the most beautiful lakes in Quebec, lots of atmosphere... . what more could you ask for? Well, good food and good service perhaps? After a few tries at this restaurant, we have finally given up eating there. The service has always been slow but last week was the final straw. We waited for 1 1/2 hours to be served and this with two young children ; luckily there is a jungle gym nearby, We were told there was a fire in the kitchen but later the manager said the waitress had forgotten to put in our order! When the food finally arrivved the fries were soggy and dark, the smoked meat was skimpy, the kale salad was limp and without dressing. When the salad dressing finally arrived , it was hot!! The child's Mac and Cheese was full of smoked duck which no child would eat... the list goes on. When I complained the manager suggested that we should have refused the food ( we didn't because we were running late for another event); then he blamed the waitress and gave us a $20 coupon for our next meal. Not likely!
