Alessa Trattoria - Magog

I visited Alessa Trattoria with my parents on a Saturday night and it was such an amazing experience! First off, the decor is beautiful, down to the smallest details! We ordered four plates to share we love the concept of having family sized plates (such as a big salad). The staff was very friendly, the ambiance was fantastic, and the food was delicious. By far, the greatest pizza place I’ve visited (and I’m an avid wood oven pizza fan).

Alessa is our cabbage restaurant. good food, good service, reasonable price. We have never been disappointed. Very good pizza.

The food was pretty good but the welcome we got was simply horrible. We reserved for 2 and we came with our baby that always stay on us and the young girl at the reception was completely unpleasant. We were not even asking for anything else than a table for two but because of the baby, she gave us a table for 4 and kept answering our questions on a rude way. We felt so uncomfortable that we asked our food to take out. That’s sad because the server seemed to be real nice.
