Fabrique De Bagels Café Noir - Magog

Charming spot right before you enter Magog with a lovely terrace. Unfortunately, the bagel was disappointing, more like pizza dough than anything else. The woman at the register seemed more focused on her phone call than assisting customers. Perhaps I just caught them at a busy time.

The bagels here are amazing! However, it's somewhat inconvenient that they don't accept credit cards, and their ordering and payment system could use some improvement.

The food was generally enjoyable, but my husband ordered a grilled cheese sandwich that had very little cheese—definitely not enough to even cover the bread. This was quite disappointing considering the price we paid. On a brighter note, the donuts were absolutely delicious!

The best bagels in the area! They have an impressive selection of bagels, and each one is absolutely delicious. In addition, they offer a variety of pastries and sandwiches, plus fantastic coffee. I highly recommend this place!

I went to this restaurant specifically for their bagels, as I've noticed that bagels in Montreal often lack flavor. We decided to stop here, and I ordered a salmon bagel with onion and poppy seeds—it was absolutely amazing! I really enjoyed it. We also bought some local products, including Creton, which was not salty and really highlighted the flavors. Additionally, we tried both a lemon tart and a maple tart, and they were both excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with high-quality food and friendly staff. They also have a seating area for dining in. I would definitely return!
