Worst place to stay. Don’t waste your time and money. Please look elsewhere. The hotel is located behind a drainage canal which explains the mosquitoes in the room. Both rooms assigned to us are untidy and the Air conditioner wasn’t working properly plus there are random power cuts We had to call the front office multiple times in middle of night for someone to come and switch on the power board and the same goes for the AC also. Also add bad attitude and lack of willingness from the working staff when asked to fix the problems.

Please do not choose this h as this hotel will Not accept online bookings and charge extra cost for no reasons. Fraud hotel. Cheap behaviour by staffs.

Our stay at Hotel La Vivanta was truly memorable. From the warm welcome to the impeccable service and comfortable accommodations, every aspect of our experience exceeded our expectations. We would gladly return and recommend it to others.

Worst stay ever. They charged extra after online booking. The rooms were not clean. Very delayed response after calling house keeping. The power went off for half an hour. Called reception 3 times before someone responded. Payed 4k to sit in the dark with mobile torch light. Worst. Would not recommend to anyone .

We booked banquet hall for baby shower. We did everything remote from Chennai. Right from menu selection, room booking , decorators, music system, serving welcome drinks and chair arrangement details. We also requested for wheelchair access for senior people. We did meticulous planning and requested for tea-puoy in stage for ease of access of atchadhai etc for senior people. All of these details and coordination was taken into account and there were updates and follow-ups on time. We arrived only a day before for the occasion. Everything went as per plan and guests appreciated the taste of food and enjoyed the occasion. Thanks La Vivanta and Gopi, coordinator for making this happen. One suggestion would be to keep the mode of payment agreed upon mutually upfront so that there is no surprises.
